Hello. My name is Susan Raymond. I have been a Real Estate Appraiser for 21 years. I have been the proud owner of Wells & Raymond Appraisal Service, PA since 1995. I am FHA approved. I am also a member of Flagler County Association of Realtors, the Daytona Area Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. I have lived in the Volusia County and Flagler County area my entire life. I have witnessed first hand, the growth of our area for over 40 years and have been on the receiving end of our changing market. I know that the last thing you need as a Mortgage Professional is an Appraiser that doesn’t know our area or our market or one who is not committed to the importance of the integrity of our profession.
